Downtown Antique Hotel
"The water for the shower stopped, but it was fixed quickly. Later, I realized there were no towel racks or hangers for clothes in the bathroom, which was incredibly inconvenient! The cold water tap in the sink made a loud, strange noise. At night, the soundproofing in the room was very poor, and the noise from street traffic disrupted my sleep. The only good thing was that breakfast was decent. Overall, it wasn't a great experience."
Steigenberger Hotel El Tahrir Cairo
"Early check-in was available, which was helpful. However, the room was very noisy due to constant traffic and barking dogs outside. The windows could not be opened, and the hotel did not respond to my email or messages in the app. Communication and soundproofing should be improved."
Novotel Cairo Airport
"Very bad service. Rude waitors are expecting tips even for bottle water which should be free. No fast feedback after phone call. Need to push them again and again. They open my door without knocking when I sleep."
Sonesta Hotel Tower & Casino Cairo
"Friendly staff and good location"
Viaje Hotel Downtown Cairo
"This trip was a couple's getaway, and choosing this hotel was an excellent decision. The location is superb, making it easy to explore downtown Cairo by taxi or on foot. Our room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was impeccably clean. The bathroom was modern, well-maintained, and the water pressure was great. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes daily, and the staff consistently refilled the food, which was a nice touch. The hotel also assisted with airport transfers and booking tours, making our trip much more convenient. Overall, both the service and facilities were highly satisfactory."
Ramses Hilton
Watch the sunset from the rooftop terrace or dine at the scenic restaurant. This stay also brings you a casino, gym, and an outdoor heated pool.

Concorde El Salam Cairo Hotel & Casino
"Unfortunately, this time I experienced a few issues with the room. The tap was clogged and, after it was repaired, the sink became clogged as well. The door was also partly broken and had to be pushed very hard to close properly. As a business traveler, I usually have breakfast early in the morning. At 6:00 a.m., however, the breakfast room was already crowded with a large group of very noisy tourists, which made the experience less pleasant. Despite these inconveniences, our stay overall was still pleasant."
Pyramisa Suites Hotel Cairo
"Good location and service"
Pyramids Park Resort Cairo
"The hotel is located near the pyramids. It's a completely enclosed hotel; vehicles have to go through security checks to enter and exit. It's a resort hotel with a very nice environment. I tried both the Italian and Japanese restaurants inside; the food was decent. The highlight is that you can drink alcohol… The only downside was that there wasn't enough meat at breakfast, which was a bit disappointing for me… Anyway, it's still a pretty good hotel."
Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah
"Amazing"
Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile
"I chose this hotel after reading many reviews. The facilities are indeed quite good; at least, the stay was comfortable. Breakfast was also great and plentiful. I was given a Nile River view room on the 8th floor, but it wasn't a full river view, just a partial one, which was a bit disappointing. Also, for business trips, I'd recommend staying in the new area, as the city traffic is really bad."
Fairmont Nile City
"The hotel is one of the most popular hotels in Cairo hotel staff are friendly"
InterContinental CAIRO SEMIRAMIS by IHG
"To date, it remains a grand old lady of Cairo's hotel scene, favoured by older generations but competitors are catching up fast. The hotel needs to modernise, although some guest might like the old world decor. The rooms were comfortable, basic amenities are provided which in Cairo is considered a luxury and most rooms have a balcony. Along with decor, staff attitude towards customers need to improve. There is a bit of arrogance about them. The prices are extremely high, but to be fair all the branded Western hotels carry a huge premium. Around $150 per night offers a poor value for money."
Tolip El Galaa Hotel Cairo
"The hotel had a very good location, the service was great, especially the lady from housekeeping (Najla) was really friendly! The furniture is a bit old and the breakfast was unfortunately not that special, which was a shame. We had a nice stay"
Rivana Residence
"Perfect place to stay. Cozy, clean hotel, and most importantly is the special treatment of staff. I do recommend to give it a try."
Al Masa Hotel Nasr City
"It’s close to the airport, great place to stay with a nice pool. There’s a seafood restaurant in the complex that I recommend."
Swiss Inn Nile Hotel
"The staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad"
Pyramid Front Hotel
"The hotel is very close to the pyramids—like, you can wake up, open the window or go up to the rooftop, and see them right away. It really gives you that “wow, I’m actually in Egypt” feeling. The photos turn out amazing, especially from the rooftop. Both the restaurant and the pool have an incredible view 100/10❣️❣️"
Atum hotel
"The room was very spacious, new, and super clean. I arrived before check-in time, but the staff kindly let me check in early. They were very friendly and helpful."
Holidays Express Hotel
"This was the worst hotel experience i had in my entire life. It's very very old, smelly and dirty. We stayed 3 days in this hotel and out room was never cleaned, bath towels never changed( we had two towels for two persons). On the third day we went to the manager to ask why our room was never cleaned and he told us that they are having problems( did not specified what kind of problems). We had to argue with them to get our room cleaned. The staff at the reception has a very bad English so it was very hard to comunicate with the. They told us that the breakfast was included and the next morning when we went to have breakfast they sent us away because it wasn't included. Worst experience in my life. Please stay away from this hotel "
Novotel Cairo El Borg
"This hotel is located on the Nile River and close to Tahrir Square, walking distance to the Egyptian Museum. It is also next to the Cairo Tower. Good staff and clean hotel."
Solana Sky Pool Boutique Hotel Golf View
"I had a great stay at Solana Boutique Hotel. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again."
